PURPOSE: A purifying equipment of soil and ground water is provided, which can extract soil contaminated with oily matter, petrochemicals and harmful matter and discharge ground water separately, so that works of extracting of ground water and feeding of air to soil to remediate soil are carried out simultaneously, thus enhancing treatment efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a No.1 extraction pipe(10), a No.2 extraction pipe(11), a ground water extracting pipe(20), a discharge device, a blower, a water separating device, a steam extracting device and an air feeding device. Through the No.1 pipe(10), volatile matter in under ground is extracted or feed air to underground. Through the annular space between the No.1(10) and No.2 pipe(11), air is fed to prevent any uneven feeding of air to under ground through the No.1 pipe(10). Through the ground water extracting pipe(20) set inside the No.1 pipe(10), ground water collected at the end of No.1 pipe(10) is pumped out by a reciprocal pump. The water separating device separates water from volatile matter extracted through No.1 and No.2 pipe(10,11).
