MANUFACTURING METHOD OF INEXPENSIVE SYNTHETIC PAPER

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of an inexpensive synthetic paper which is characterized by having tenacity and having writing property, print recording property, color, texture, plasticity, bent-up strength and water resistance like a paper. CONSTITUTION: The inexpensive synthetic paper is obtained by a process containing the steps of: adding and mixing 5-40pts.wt. of at least one inorganic material selected from the group containing TiO2, CaCO3, talc and SiO2 with 70-95pts.wt. of thermoplastic resin having below 170deg.C of melting point; melting into a T-die on a uniaxial drawing film producing line or a non-drawing film line; extruding into a film having 50-300micro meter of thickness; and cooling the extruded film on a dull roll engraved pulp texture to form texture like the pulp paper on the surface of the extruded film.
