PURPOSE: A diffusion-tight fluid conduit for fluid including hydrocarbon is provided for high mechanical strength, heat-resistance, shock-resistance, and flexibility. CONSTITUTION: A conduit has a waveform pipe(1) of corrosion resistant metal having the waveform inside and the waveform outside and having the exposed outside. An inner pipe of a plastic material is arranged inside the waveform pipe, and has the smooth inside and the smooth outside. A first joining member is connected in a sealed shape to the first end of the waveform pipe by material joining.
