PURPOSE: Provided is an emulsion for a sunlight-resistant composition having stability with time and water resistance (stability to water). CONSTITUTION: Water-in-oil cosmetic or dermatological emulsion comprises (a) at least one aqueous phase, (b) at least one oil phase, (c) at least one photoprotective system containing at least one insoluble organic UV filter(formula) with average particle size of 0.01 to 2μm, but which is different from micronized 2,4,6-tris(p-(2'-ethylhexyl-1'-oxycarbonyl)anilino)-1,3,5-triazine, and (d) at least one non-filtering silicone with alkyleneoxide groups.
