PURPOSE: To provide an AD converter which has plural analog input terminals and in which the voltage range of an inputted signal is adjusted to different cases at every analog input terminal. CONSTITUTION: In an analog/digital converter, a prescribed analog signal is selected from plural inputted analog signals and the selected analog signal is converted to digital signal. The A/D converter is provided with an input terminal selection means selecting a prescribed analog input terminal from plural analog input terminals and outputting the analog signal inputted to the selected analog input terminal, a reference voltage switch means selecting prescribed reference voltage from plural reference voltages, and a control means giving an instruction to select reference voltage adjusted to the analog signal inputted to the analog input terminal, that the input terminal selection means selects, to the reference voltage switch means.
