PURPOSE: Provided is a dazzling preventer in a welding helmet which rapidly drives liquid crystal panel in hardware way by light detection when welding is started so that it prevents dazzling in early times in welding. CONSTITUTION: The dazzling preventer in the welding helmet comprises the parts of: a liquid crystal panel; a solar cell circuit to convert light into electronic energy and output a first and a second output voltage; a charging circuit for the first output voltage; an oscillating circuit for the second output voltage; a high voltage amplifier; a regulator which regulates high voltage and generates stable voltage to drive liquid crystal; a generation part for starting voltage; a power control part for driving circuit which responses a light detection signal to change waiting state into running state and provide ground voltage and responses a power-off control signal to change running state into waiting state to keep floating state; a detection part for radio frequency; a liquid crystal starting part which starts the liquid crystal panel at high rate in early times and keeps starting operation for fixed time; a liquid crystal driving part which drives the liquid crystal panel; and a control part which generates driving control signal or power-off control signal.
