PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging apparatus in which the adjustment of a specified means which seals a package in the cross direction without leakage is simple and sure. SOLUTION: A device in the packaging apparatus is intended for adjusting the position of a contact surface of an anvil 2, 3 in relation to an ultrasonic heating unit 10, and the anvil 2, 3 is attached to a cutting jaw 1. The anvil is longitudinally separated into two parts, an upper part 2 and a lower part 3, which are connectable at their respective ends to the cutting jaw 1. Spacing means 4 are insertable between the respective anvil parts 2, 3 and the cutting jaw 1 for individually adjusting the position of each anvil part 2, 3 in relation to the cutting jaw 1. |
