摘要 PURPOSE: A site selection diversity transmission power control(SSDT) in a mobile communication system is provided to generate a code of a base station acknowledge number in consideration of a fading state in a mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: An RAN(Radio Access Network) judges whether an active set was updated(600). If the active set was updated, the RAN inputs the category of the previous active set(Cprev) and the category of the updated active set(Cupdate)(620). If the category of the previous active set(Cprev) is identical to the category of the updated active set(Cupdate), the RAN executes the first identification code allocation algorithm(650). Then the RAN transmits allocated identification codes and the category(Cupdate) only to the new base stations added to the active set. If the category of the previous active set(Cprev) is not identical to the category of the updated active set(Cupdate), the RAN judges whether the previous active set category(Cprev) is larger than the updated active set category(Cupdate)(640). If the previous active set category(Cprev) is larger than the updated active set category(Cupdate), the RAN executes the second identification code allocation algorithm(670). Then the RAN transmits allocated identification codes only to the base stations, of which the allocated identification codes have been updated, and sends the updated active set category(Cupdate) to all the base stations of the updated active set(690).
