PURPOSE: To provide a laminated display device capable of reducing the manufacturing cost by reducing the number of substrates and enabling every substrate to be easily manufacto and capable of easily connecting a first panel driving circuit and a second panel driving circuit collectively at the time of being mounted on electronic equipment. CONSTITUTION: A first panel 31 and a second panel 32 are composed of an intermediate substrate 40 and a film substrate 41 which is bent at prescribed parts and arranged so that one edge side is confronted to the back face of the intermediate substrate 40 from the bent parts, another edge side is confronted to the front face of the intermediate substrate 40 from the bent parts and either one side edge part is protruded toward the outside of the intermediate substrate 40. Also, the edge part of the film substrate 41 is provided with plural terminal electrode 48 corresponding to first panel electrode 42 and 43 and second panel electrode 46 and 47 arranged on the rear face and front face of the intermediate substrate 40 and on the inner faces at one edge side and the other edge side of the film substrate 41.
