CONSTITUTION:The sheets of waste paper are piled up on an insertion holder 2, a cover 15 is closed, one or two sheets of waste paper on the holder 2 are introduced at a time into a liq. tank 4 by a feeder 3, The waste paper in the tank 4 is impregnated with a processing soln. 13 and softened, and the softened paper is loosened by the spiral flow generated by a driven agitator 5 in the tank and the impeller of the agitator 5 and torn to small pieces.
