<p>PURPOSE:To provide a video printer, which transfers electric conduction ON- OFF data at a high speed, controls electric conduction at a high speed and corresponds to high speed operation and multiple gradation. CONSTITUTION:One-line data storage control means 20 writes digital image data in N serial memories in one-line data storage means 21 in time division one by one when the digital image data are written, and simultaneously reads the digital image data from each serial memory when the digital image data are read. A comparison means 23 simultaneously compares the digital image data read and the count values of a gradation counter 22 by N comparators, and N electric conduction ON/OFF data are formed at the same time. A thermal head 11 latches N formed electric conduction ON/OFF data into N shift registers on the inside, and transfers the data to N latches on the inside.</p> |
