VIDEO DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING RADIATION CONTROL

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a video display device which detects the generation of undesired radiation and controls the undesired radiation. CONSTITUTION: In this video display device, undesired radiation is controlled in response to spectral components of a display signal and the device has a cathode-ray tube for displaying video pictures. A processor in the device controls the amplitude of the video picture signal connected to the cathode-ray tube for display in response to a radiation control signal. Moreover, the device has a generation means connected to the processor in order to generate the radiation control signal in response to components of the video picture display signal.
