ANNEALING DEVICE FOR FUNNEL ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: An annealing device for a funnel assembly is provided to prevent a funnel from being scratched due to a chain conveyer transferring a funnel assembly during an annealing process removing residual stress after a neck and the funnel are assembled, thereby enhancing the productivity and shortening required processes. CONSTITUTION: A heating furnace(10) and an annealing furnace(30) are continuously installed. Funnel assembles(1) are continuously transferred within the heating furnace and annealing furnace by a transfer unit. The funnel assembles mounted on the transfer unit to be transferred are rotated by a rotating unit. In addition, a heater for heating the funnel assembly is installed within the heating furnace. The heater is vertically movable by a lift unit(4) so that the heater can be accurately positioned in a portion between the neck and the funnel varied in accordance with the size of the funnel assembly.
