PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation and connection structure of a mixing faucet easy in production and installation, small in possibility of water leakage, excellent in design, and low in cost and having a circular wall opening provided in a wall body, front and rear wall members installed on both sides of the wall opening in the wall body, a through-joint passing through the wall opening, a mixing faucet main body coupled to the generally cylindrical joint outlet side of the through-joint. SOLUTION: A water side through-joint is formed separately from a hot water side through-joint, and a joint outlet side is held at least on one of front and rear wall members. The diameter of a wall opening is increased slightly larger than the total dimension of the diameters of a pair of joints on the outlet side, and the front wall member is connected to the rear wall member through a connection member having a joint outlet side inserted through a portion other than an area occupied by the joint outlet side in the wall opening.
