PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain medium-rise to high-rise buildings while flexibly corresponding to a sloped surface of any topography by maintaining coexistence with nature relative to the rupture of the sloped surface when constructing a building after cutting a sloped land while securing the safety of the building. SOLUTION: When constructing a building 2 on a developed land 3 after carrying out a land cutting work to a sloped land, an earth pressured wall 4 is constructed by making a separation from the main body of the building 2 up to a height position of a stable sloped surface 1b predicted after the rapture of the sloped surface at the side of the sloped surface of the building 2, the main body of the building and the earth pressure wall 4 are connected with a horizontal beam 5 supporting the earth pressure wall 4 and a bascule beam 6 transmitting the earth pressure force from the horizontal beam 5, and a bearing wall 8 resisting against the seismic force and earth pressure wall 4 to the main body of the building are bonded together, and an underground structure 9 preventing a slip or overturning due to earth pressure is built underground between the main body of the building and the earth pressure wall 4.
