PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head treatment method by which treatment work is easy and excellent in the effect of fracture, in the pile head treatment method for a cast-in-place concrete pile. SOLUTION: The pile head treatment method is so constituted that a partition member is provided at a boundary between a pile body and an extra-banking part to cast concrete in the extra-banking part, expansive mortar is mixed in the extra-banking concrete and that the fracture of the extra-banking concrete is accelerated by the expansion of the mortar after the concrete is solidified.
