PURPOSE: A peptide vector being capable of transferring genes into all kinds of cells is provided which can be effectively used in various genetic treatments. CONSTITUTION: The peptide vector consists of a leader peptide represented by sequence ID No. 1 and linker DNAs represented by sequence ID No. 2 and 3, can transfer genes into all kinds of cells since it has no cell specificity and causes no immune reaction due to its small size like hepten. The peptide-DNA complex is produced by making covalent bonds between peptide represented by sequence ID No. 1 and DNA represented by sequence ID No. 2; and by hybridization between DNA represented by sequence ID No. 2 and DNA represented by sequence ID No. 3. Wherein, sequence ID NO. 1, 2, and 3 are described as in the description.
