PURPOSE:To easily classify and retrieve optical disks by printing images on the surfaces of the optical disks. CONSTITUTION:The image data recording system 1 has a data recording section A and a data printing section B. The data recording section A has an image input device 10, an image processor 18 and a recorder 12. The image input device 10 reads the image and transfers the image data to the image processor 18. The image processor 18 subjects the image data to prescribed processing and outputs the data to the recorder 12 in which the image data is recorded on a CD. The image processor 18 forms the image data for printing and transfers the data to the data printing section B. The data printing section B has a printing processor 28 and an image printer 22. The printing processor 28 forms printing data from the data transferred from the data recording section A and outputs the data to the image printer 22 in which the images are printed on the CD on which the image data is written by the data recording section A. |
