WIRELESS NETWORK WITH KEY CHANGE PROCEDURE

摘要

PURPOSE: A wireless network with key change procedure is provided to change each cipher key for codings at specific time by using a plurality of assigned terminals and wireless network controller. CONSTITUTION: A radio network controller encodes specified data to be transmitted through a traffic and a control channel and is also provided to respectively change cipher keys necessary to encoding at a specified time, and this radio network includes a plurality of allocated terminals. The radio network controller transmits a message about cipher key change encoded by an old cipher key to the terminals. The terminals respond to the radio network controller with a message encoded with a new cipher key as the reception notice of the new cipher key.
