PURPOSE: To provide a water color-variable fabric sheet allowing formation of a sharp translucent image and having satisfactory water resistance and folding resistance for preventing penetration of supersaturated water from the back side and to provide a color-variable toy set comprising this sheet and a moistening means in a set. CONSTITUTION: This water color-variable fabric sheet 1 is constructed when a porous layer 3 formed by dispersing and fixing fine grain type silicic acid in a binder resin is formed on a supporting body 2 constructed of a fabric with a METSUKE amount ranging from 30 g/m2 1000 g/m2. In addition, the fabric sheet 1 and a moistening means 6 are provided in a set as a water color- variable toy set.
