SYSTEM FOR ASSEMBLING PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS OF ROTARY TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE: A system for assembling printed circuit boards of a rotary transformer is provided to have an index table, and to consecutively arrange inserting, pressing, and taking-out devices of magnetic cores for the printed circuit boards around the index table, so as to automatically attach the printed circuit boards with the magnetic cores in succession. CONSTITUTION: An index table(1) includes many jigs(3) having setting grooves(2) of printed circuit boards(4). A feeding device(30) supplies the printed circuit boards to the setting grooves(3). A cleaning device(50) cleans the printed circuit boards(4) inserted into the setting grooves(3) of the index table(1). A magnetic core feeding device(60) supplies magnetic cores(5) coated with adhesives to the upper side of the printed circuit boards(4) set in the index table(1). A press device(80) presses the printed circuit boards(4) and the magnetic cores(5). A taking-out device(90) takes out the magnetic cores(5) attached to the printed circuit boards(4), and discharges the magnetic cores(5) to a drying furnace.
