PURPOSE: A crosslinkable organopolysiloxane composition and a shaped body prepared by crosslinking the composition are provided, which can be stored under the condition of excluding humidity and can be crosslinked at a room temperature upon permeation of humidity. CONSTITUTION: The crosslinkable organopolysiloxane composition has an organosilicon compound having at least two hydrolyzable groups as the base; and contains, as the catalyst, at least one titanium compound represented by Ti(OR)4-n£(OR1)x-OR2|n, wherein R's are independent each another and are a monovalent substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon radical; R1's are independent each another and are a divalent substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon radical; R2's are independent each another and are a monovalent substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon radical; n is an integer of 1-4; and x is an integer equal to or greater than 1.
