PURPOSE: A PDA coupler containing a flexible joint is provided to, which makes a capacitor endure extension force and prevent damage on heating a shell whne a machine to be monitored is operated. CONSTITUTION: A device(20) includes: a first capacitor(28); a second capacitor(30); and a flexible connector(50) electrically connecting the first capacitor(28) and the second capacitor(30). And, wherein the connector(50) is axially flexible along an axis between the first capacitor(28) and the second capacitor(30). And, a partial discharge analysis coupling device, comprising: a shell(22); and a potting material(26) inside the shell encapsulating a first capacitor(28) and a flexible connector(50) electrically connected to the first capacitor(28). And, wherein the flexible connector(50) electrically connects the first capacitor(28) to a second capacitor(30) and the connector is axially flexible along an axis between the first capacitor and the second capacitor.
