PURPOSE: To provide an optoelectronic panel capable of favorably executing visual confirmation of a mark, its manufacturing method and an optoelectronic device and an electronic equipment to which the optoelectronic panel is applied. CONSTITUTION: An optoelectronic panel 100 includes a first substrate 10 and a second substrate 20 opposed to each other. The first substrate 10 has a projecting part 12 of the substrate 10, which is formed by protruding the end part of the first substrate 10 to the side direction from the end part of the second substrate 20. The surface of the second substrate 20 side of the first substrate 10 is constituted of a rugged surface 14. A flattened layer 60 is formed on the rugged surface 14 at the projecting part 12 of the first substrate 10 and a mark (alignment mark 70) is formed on the flattened layer 60. The optoelectronic device includes the optoelectronic panel 100. The electronic equipment includes the optoelectronic device.
