CERAMIC SLURRY COMPOSITION, CERAMIC GREEN SHEET AND PRODUCTION OF MULTILAYER CERAMIC ELECTRONIC PART

PURPOSE: To provide a ceramic slurry composition containing homogeneously dispersed ceramic powder without applying excessive damage on the powder, a ceramic green sheet produced by using the ceramic slurry composition and a process for the production of a multilayer ceramic electronic part. CONSTITUTION: The objective ceramic slurry composition contains ceramic powder, a dispersing agent, a binder and a solvent. The dispersing agent is an anionic dispersing agent and the content of the anionic dispersing agent is adjusted to give the total acid content of the anionic dispersing agent corresponding to 10-150% of the total base content of the ceramic powder. The ceramic powder has an average particle diameter of 0.01-1 μm.
