<p>Textiles consisting at least in part of synthetic fibres (nylon, polyester, polypropylene) arc impregnated or printed with an aqs. emulsion containing a halogenated aliphatic hydrocarbon and at least one water-insoluble dye free from sulpho groups, where at least one of the phases must contain a thickener of high mol. wt.; and the applied dye is steam- or heat-set. Process is continuous and is esp. applied in printing or dyeing carpets/floor coverings with fully synthetic upper surfaces.</p> |
