PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a transporting efficiency of a cold roll box by a method wherein when the cold roll box is mounted on a truck, its depth size is reduced to decrease a mounting area and the cold roll box can be mounted without any clearance at all. SOLUTION: A cold roll box 1 is comprised of a main body of a storing box 2 having a thermal insulating structure opened at its front surface and a thermal insulating door 3 closing the front surface opening of the main body of the storing box 2. The main body of the storing box 2 is comprised of a front thermal insulating box 6 for pivotally opening or closing the thermal insulating door 3; a rear thermal insulating box 5 movable toward a front side; a top wall 9 and a bottom wall 10 divided at the substantial central part, pivoted to be foldable toward the inside part 15 of the box and rotatably pivoted inside the box to each of the front thermal insulating box 6 and the rear thermal insulating box 5; and right and left side walls 7, 8 rotatably pivoted at the rear part of the side surface of the front thermal insulating box 6 toward the inside part 15, respectively.
