PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission apparatus as a surface light source while using a local light source. SOLUTION: It mounts a plurality of LED elements 3 in a light source mounting plate 2. In front of the plurality of LED elements 3 is arranged a first light scattering plate 6 in parallel with the light source plate 3. In front of the light scattering plate 6 is arranged a second light scattering plate 7 in the shape of convex. At one face of the first and the second light scattering plates 6, 7 is formed a plurality of concavo-convex prisms concentric with each other. By cooperation action of the concavo-convex prism, it can obtain a surface light source even in the case of using the LED elements 3 being a point light source. |
