<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making an insulated panel by filling heat insulating material between outer metal sheets such that the heat insulating material of uniform quality is formed and occurrence of bulge of an insulated panel after a forming process of the heat insulating material is prevented. SOLUTION: A bent molded part 7 is formed respectively on the ends of both sides of metal hoop materials 5, 6 when a pair of the metal hoop materials 5, 6 is being conveyed. While the bent molded parts 7 on the both sides of each metal hoop materials are opposed each other, a plate-like insulation core material 3a composed of plastic foam is inserted and fixed in the area between the metal hoop materials 5, 6 excluding the area between the faced bent molded parts 7. Plastic foam mix is injected between the faced bent molded parts 7 and submitted to a pyrognostics for foaming so as to form a foam molding 3b, which is further integrated with the insulation core material 3a. An engaging part 4 which consists of the bent molded part 7 and the foam molding 3b is respectively formed on the above both ends.</p> |
