A ceramic paste for a ceramic green layer 5 for absorbing difference in levels contains a second ceramic powder, a second organic solvent and a second organic binder. At this time, the solvent that does not have compatibility with the first organic binder is used as the second organic solvent. It is desirable that the second organic solvent does not have compatibility with the third organic binder contained in conductive paste for the internal electrode, and that the third organic solvent contained in the conductive paste does not have compatibility with the first organic binder.
