PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment that is effectively able to cut reverse shift gear noise by reducing the number of part items and saving space. SOLUTION: The equipment comprises an inter-lock plate 4 that has a locking part to keep a backwards shift fork head 8 in neutral position by coupling with this fork head at forwards shift time. The equipment provides a first leaf spring 3 that is attached to an inner lever 1, and by a elastic force, is slide coupling with a 3rd-4th shift fork head 7 that has a single layer high in comparison with other heads 6 and 8. This first leaf spring 3 helps to reduce a revolution of transmission input line by driving a synchronizing device for the 3rd-4th shift, which is located on an input axle of the transmission. The equipment has a second leaf spring that is attached to another side of the inter- lock plate 4, and in a state of elastic compressed by the 3rd-4th fork shift head 7 that is enforced with the first leaf spring 3, and generates an assisting force to return this 3rd-4th shift fork head 7 to the neutral position during a reverse shift.
