PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer and its manufacturing method where the assembling of the electroacoustic transducer can be simplified and an automatic machine with a high clock rate can be utilized for the assembling. SOLUTION: The electroacoustic transducer (1) is provided with a diaphragm (4) fitted to a hold ring (6) and a coil (5) that is fixed to the diaphragm (4) and has lead wires. The lead wires have a hold part (7) in an area of the hold ring (6) in common or individually and the hold part (7) is fixed to the hold ring (6).
