PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milestone hardware to support a pipe which can be easily attached owing to the elastic deformation of the holding plate at the time of installation, and provide sufficient strength because a pipe is supported with both the holding plate and the reinforcing band after the installation. SOLUTION: The C-shaped holding plate 2 of flexible elasticity to hold the pipe 1 is equipped with furniture 3 in its both ends. The holding plate 2 can be elastically deformed so that the opening 2A gets smaller and both furniture 3 get closer to each other to hold the pipe 1. These furniture 3 are attached together onto the joint part: 5 which projects from the installation position 4 such as a wall or a ceiling. Since this holding plate 2 and the inner reinforcing band 6 are fixed together at some parts or only at the end furniture 3, not adhered in the whole area, the reinforcing band 6 is detachable from the holding plate 2 and bends freely in most parts.
