The lift machine mounting frame has two sections anchored to the lift cage. One section (104) is permanently fixed to the wall of the cage and has mounting feet for the upper ends of the counterweight rail, the cabin rails (156) and the counterweight (159). The first section also has a frame bar for the end of the counterweight. The second section (136) is adjusted with the first section after the lift machine is adjusted with the first section after the lift machine is mounted on the second section.
