PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device and laser processor, which can efficiently excite a laser light guide body such as a laser fiber, which has a simple and low-cost structure without having to depend on the light condensing property of an excited light source. SOLUTION: A long and flexible laser light guide body 1 is wound or folded many times into a mass of a prescribed shape. The laser light guide body, formed into a mass, is confined together with an excited light source 3 in an optically blocked region 42 surrounded by a light reflection surface 41, so that the excited light reflected in the blocked region 42 is introduced into the laser light guide body 1 distributedly from the side face of the laser light guide body 1. |
