PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce induced noise generated by a commercial AC power source and a personal computer compared with tone color signals by providing an insulating circuit on at least any one of musical instrument devices such as a pickup, a guitar, an effector and an amplifier, to obtain musical instrument devices such as a guitar in which tone color is simply changed, a guitar having a unique style design, an effector and an amplifier and to suppress oscillation caused by magnetic feedback of a sustainer guitar. SOLUTION: An insulating circuit is mounted on a mucial instrument device such as a pickup, a guitar, an effector and an amplifier. An optical element and a magnetic element are used for insulation. An approximately flat sheet type variable element is used to change timbre.
