<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, that provides prescribed information corresponding to position information of an information request terminal to the information request terminal, so as to allow the information request terminal to make a call to, e.g. a mobile body that is resident around the information request terminal however whose contact destination is unknown. SOLUTION: This communication system is provided with a mobile body position monitor server 4 that sequentially monitors position information of a plurality of reception terminals 3, that are registered in advance and distributes the information to an information server and with the information server 1 having a database that stores at least information about communication destinations and information about positions with respect to the reception terminals 3, having a database update means that sequentially updates the position information with respect to a concerned reception terminal 3 in the database, on the basis of the position information acquired by the mobile body position monitor server 4, and having an information retrieval means that retrieves a reception terminal 3 which is an object of a communication destination in the database on the basis of the position information of the information request terminal 2, in response to a request from the information request terminal 2 and returns the result of retrieval to the information request terminal 2.</p> |
