PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal equipment having a function capable of recording a received image on both surfaces of paper sheet in an easily understandable way. SOLUTION: A receiving side sets whether the received image is recorded on both the surfaces of paper sheet. An operating part 29 performs this setting in each of a plurality of cassettes arranged in a recording part 32 or each paper size such as A4 and B4, and stores a prepared table in a RAM 25. When an image transmitted by facsimile from the opposite party is received, a size detection sensor 31b detects a cassette in which paper sheet corresponding to the size of the received image is stored. Next, whether the cassette is set to both surfaces recording is decided on the basis of the table. When the cassette is set to the both surfaces recording, the even pages of an original are recorded on the 1st surface of the recording paper sheet and the odd pages are recorded on the 2nd surface, and the recording paper sheet is ejected with the 2nd face upward.
