PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion device, capable of flexibly dealing with the color conversion to obtain a color image having a desired color expression by an image output device such as a color printer, according to the functions of a RIP system. SOLUTION: This color conversion device is provided with a color adjustment part 84, which generates data to adjust color conversion conditions for execution of color conversion processing and freely adjusts not only the color conversion condition of color conversion processing in a color conversion part 82, by transmitting this data to the color conversion part 82 but also the color conversion condition of color conversion processing in a color conversion part 12 in a RIP system 10' by transmitting this data to the outside.
