PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fan coil unit excellent in safety in which failure of a fan can be detected automatically. SOLUTION: A heat exchanging coil 2 is provided in a easing 1 and fans 3 are provided in a plurality of stages and rows. Each fan 3 is provided with a DC motor 4 for independent driving. Each DC motor 4 is provided with means for alarming failure of the motor. |
