PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent movement of a part supply table by cogging. SOLUTION: Magnets 49 are aslant disposed on stators 47a, 47b to decrease cogging, and the sliding resistance of a slide rail 43 and a slider 24 is increased. It is thus possible to prevent the part supply table 12 from moving at the time turning the current to on and off to a mover 48. |
