SOLUTION: Revolving balls are slidably fitted into the both ends of a single pipe found on a universal pipe. A material to support a spherical surface comprised of flexible materials and, etc., is fitted onto an outer surface of the revolving balls, and the revolving balls are put into the dents on the spherical surface of the casings.
