<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute data while selectively inserting a desired image corresponding to a selection parameter by using object encoding. SOLUTION: Chroma key processing is applied to an input image, form data 303 of the relevant input image are acquired, and an insert image to be inserted to that input image is selected out of an insert image group 404 according to a selection parameter 205. Corresponding to the form data 303 of the input image, the object of the inputted insert image is formed, an object 207 of the input image and an object 208 of the insert image are respectively encoded, and the device is operated for transmitting these respective encoded objects of the input image and the insert image after multiplexing them in a multiplexing part 204.</p> |
