PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that urine adheres to a conventional washing toilet seat, to which urine inspecting function is added and is decomposed by microorganisms to emit offensive smell peculiar to urine. SOLUTION: A urine inspection part, to which antibacterial processing is applied, is attached to a washing toilet seat to suppress the generation of offensive small originating from urine.
