SOLUTION: This circuit is composed of a voltage divider circuit 2 and an SC circuit and the two capacitors 17 and 18 of the SC circuit are charged under the differential condition. An amplifier (buffer amplifier) is not present at the time of charging in the voltage divider circuit 2 and a virtual current flowing from the capacitor 17 to the capacitor 18 at the time of charging does not cause a differential defect in the case that the amplifier is provided. The resistance of the voltage divider circuit is appropriately reduced and the high speed of charging is not lost.
