PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission reception function of control pattern information to a portable phone terminal. SOLUTION: A portable terminal 1 is provided with a communication means 3 provided with a voice communication and data communication function by a 1st radio wave, a control transmission means 4 that transmits optional pattern information for a preset operation instruction with a 2nd radio wave, an operation means 5 and a changeover means 6, and the operation means 5 selects the changeover means 6 to connect the communication means 3 or the control transmission means 4 to an antenna 7. In a section 2 to be controlled, a reception control means 9 receives a 2nd radio wave from the control transmission means 4 of the portable terminal 1 and outputs pattern information for an operation instruction to an operation execution means 10.
