PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exhaust equipment which can cope with the transfer or extension of burning appliances easily and inexpensively and can obtain a sufficient exhaust performance without fail. SOLUTION: In the exhaust equipment 1 for exhausting outdoors the exhaust gas produced by each sort of burning appliance 14 for cooking or the like provided in an indoor space 2 such as a kitchen, a number of exhaust ports 5 to be connected to exhaust hoods 4 are provided in the ceiling 3 of the indoor space 2, and an exhaust unit 8 is connected to a wall surface 7 in the ceiling space 6 or a roof, while the whole of the ceiling space 6 is made an exhaust air duct.
