PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device, that inputs/ outputs data between LSIs with a differential signal and enables reduction in the number of data transmission lines. SOLUTION: Each transmitter TX of a transmitter side LSI 11 and each receiver RX of a receiver side LSI 12 are interconnected via a plurality of data transmission lines L. In this case, one data transmission line L is used in common between adjacent transmitters TXS and between adjacent receivers RXS. Thus, the number of the data transmission lines L is suppressed to be nearly the same number for the transmission of non-differential signal in spite of transmission reception of the data by the differential signal. Moreover, since the integrated circuit can be operated in the transmission of the differential signal at a frequency higher than the transmission of the non-differential signal, the data transmission speed can be improved in the case of transmission of differential and non-differential signals in a conventional integrated circuit.
