PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for washing an air-conditioner to prevent leakage of washing liquid from all parts containing a rear release part, eliminate a need for a surplus cover sheet, and be excellent in workability. SOLUTION: Two U-shaped frame pieces 4 each consisting of a front piece 4a, an upper piece 4b, and a lower piece 4c and the front piece 4a divided into upper and lower parts intercoupled by a hinge 5 are laterally juxtaposed with a specified distance. Upper and lower suspension pieces 6 and 7 in an L-shape in cross section, making contact with the rear end corner of an air- conditioner A are suspended in a space between the upper pieces 4b and a space, respectively, between the lower pieces 4c to form a frame body 3. The frame body 3 except the rear face thereof is covered with a transparent vinyl sheet 8, a washing window 9 is formed in the front face of the vinyl sheet 8 and a drain port 10 in the under surface thereof to form a cover body 2. Lock string pieces 12 each formed such that stop parts 12b are formed at a string body 12a are suspended from the ends on both sides of the upper suspension piece 6. Catches 13 each at which the stop part 12b is locked are formed in the end parts on both sides of the lower suspension piece 7. |
