PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the result of evaluation of the water fogging with excellent accuracy by a bench test in a water fogging evaluating device to evaluate the water fogging generated in a lamp chamber of a lamp for a vehicle having a vent in a lamp body. SOLUTION: A partition 14 to partition an external space of the lamp 2 for vehicle into a forward space 12A and a rear space 12B in the vicinity of a joining surface of a front lens 6 with the lamp body 8 is provided, and a rear space environment setting mechanism 16 to set the environment of the rear space 12B different from that of the forward space 12A is provided. The water fogging can be evaluated in the environment of the space outside the lamp close to the environment of the mounting condition to an actual vehicle without mounting the lamp on the actual vehicle in a conventional practice. |
